Meet VSO online: Education

29 September, 5 - 6.30pm (UK time)

Join us for an interactive online webinar to find out what it's really like to be an education volunteer with VSO – and discover how your skills and experience can make a real impact.

Join us on 29 September to discover more about:

  • our education programmes in Rwanda and Mozambique,
  • the roles we're currently looking to fill,
  • personal experiences of our volunteers, and the impact their placements have made on local communities,
  • how we're working in the context of COVID-19.

You’ll hear from returned volunteers and programme managers, who'll share their personal experiences of delivering two of our large-scale education projects. They’ll answer questions about what it takes to become a VSO volunteer, and what makes a volunteering placement a success.

We'll also walk you through every stage of the volunteering journey – from the application process, right through to what happens after your placement.

There will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask any questions – we look forward to seeing you online!
