Role overview
The position is under the Volunteer for Development Grant , FCDO funded project.
As a member of the project team, the Project Officer -Resilience under the direct supervision of Project Coordinator will provide support in implementation , documenting, monitoring and reporting progress on all project activities of Resilience along with facilitating knowledge management and assisting the project team in smooth delivery of the project activities.
The initial contract is for 08 months (Renewable based on performance and fund availability). VSO is an equal opportunity provider. Women are highly encouraged to apply for this role . The recruitment is subject to approval of funding.
The position will be hired on 'rolling' basis and candidate might be hired before deadline

Role overview
Under the guidance and supervision of the VSO team, the consultant firm will assist VSO in (1) Development of training content on digital marketing, social accountability. 2) Online and face to face trainings of primary actors and development of online business ventures of trained volunteers. 3) Development of Awareness and effective influencing Campaign on the given themes.4) Development and production of multimedia content in order to increase media reach & visibility effectiveness, 5) Managing Social media campaigns (developing trends and linking with policy makers) with effective participation of trained youth volunteers for period of 08 months 6) Increasing reach of social media to approximately 300000 people.
