Hosted by VSO and the Ministry of Health Kenya in Nairobi, the Regional Health Promotion Conference (RHPC25) brought together experts from the field of health to reimagine Universal Health Coverage (UHC) through the lens of intersectionality.

Attendees committed to uphold health promotion as a core pillar of Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The event encouraged attendees to recognise health as a fundamental human right and acknowledge the urgent need to strengthen health systems, address social determinants of health, and ensure equitable and inclusive healthcare access for all.
