VSO Golf Day
Tee off for VSO to help fight poverty
This year we are playing at West Kent Golf Club, close to Biggin Hill. The course has woodland, downland and parkland holes to test all abilities and also has a unique history: RAF restrictions led to the course growing wild during the war, but when these were removed the course was bought by West Kent, who have lovingly restored it into one of Kent’s finest courses.
The day starts with bacon butties and an opportunity to size up the competition, followed by a four-ball on the beautiful course. Back at the Club House, there will be lunch and prize-giving.
This is a fundraising event in aid of VSO.

How to book
Last year, we supported over one million of the world’s poorest people. Unlike many aid organisations, we work with local partners and match them with professional volunteers who share their skills, knowledge and expertise to improve lives and eliminate poverty. Over the past year our health programmes, for example, reached over 175,000 mothers, babies and young people, helping to break the vicious cycle of poor health and poverty.
