Role overview

Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) Specialist will provide technical support on inclusive STEM pedagogy informed by global and Cambodia context specific analysis. Research to co-design inclusive STEM 21st century pedagogy training packages including coaching and mentoring to build capacity of volunteers and government partners to implement STEM pedagogy in 50 targeted secondary resource schools , along with good collaboration with MoEYS, KAPE, RSIT (Regional School Improvement Team), regional school improvement advisors and relevant stakeholders’ utilization.

Skills, qualifications and experience

We are looking for a STEM Specialist who has good understanding of Cambodian education systems and policies particularly at upper secondary education on STEM pedagogy, inclusive education and teacher professional development, and good understanding of the role of international development organisations, and more specifically of volunteering for development.
