Role overview

Provide field level coordination ensuring that VSO volunteers and staff offer our value proposition to other stakeholders involved in the ACTIVE Programme. She/ He will link the field level activities and the country level. She/He will receive technical support from the Project implementation manager and play a supervisory role to the 2 National Volunteers.

Skills, qualifications and experience

• A relevant university degree preferably in public relations, Public Health, education, rural development, and social science.
• Experience working with young people and their networks.
• Some relevant knowledge and experience of inclusion and volunteering
• Knowledge of civil society organization in Rwanda.
• Experience working with international and national volunteers.
