This role will lead the people development and delivery strategy and support for the Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Swaziland Programmes as well as support all recruitment related to the program countries.
Skills, qualifications and experience
Must have 5 years HR generalist experience
Recruitment lead experience
Volunteer recruitment and management understanding
International development exposure
