Role overview

Working within VSO’s Engagement and Partnerships Team, provide oversight and coordination to VSO’s global strategic partnerships portfolio; facilitate ways of working and best practice, coordinating VSO’s global approach to strategic partnership to enable VSO to position itself for opportunities to work in consortia and joint initiatives to innovate, bring programmes to scale, implement VSO’s strategic initiatives and ensure VSO’s global position.

Skills, qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience and a track record of identifying, developing, managing and closing strategic partnerships that contribute organisational value. You will be passionate about integrating new processes, improving best practice and facilitating a change in partnership culture across VSO. As an experienced enabler, you will be effective at retaining oversight of the partnership portfolio as a whole and cross-pollenate ideas across multiple functions and teams.
