Thank you for taking an interest in working at VSO.
VSO does development differently. We fight poverty not by sending aid, but by working through volunteers and partners to create long-lasting change in some of the world’s poorest regions.
Right now, I’m looking for a Digital Manager to power the next phase of VSO’s digital development and build organisational understanding of agile project management.

Role overview

You’ll be joining us at an exciting time. We have just relaunched the VSO website with personalisation technology that’s still in its infancy, our email and social channels need review, and there are multiple projects emerging across the organisation that require an agile, digital mindset to succeed.

You’ll provide specialist consultancy and advice to help colleagues engage with digital, and manage a wide range of projects to help present VSO as a leader in volunteering-focused development practices.
Right now, VSO is bringing justice to rape survivors in Pakistan, building disaster prevention mechanisms in Mozambique, ending stigma against disabled children in Ethiopia and tackling the youth skills gap in Uganda and Bangladesh.

Our work changes lives. I hope you’ll like to be a part of it.

Best wishes
David Dawson, Head of Marketing
