To take lead in all people and organizational development activities including recruitment, deployment, retention and support performance management of professionally qualified and skilled workforce as staff, volunteers and consultants within VSO Sierra Leone Country Programme and ensure effective implementation of people first strategy; engagement, resourcing standard and human resource management policies by working together with the country office team, regional peoples and resourcing managers and under the supervision and support of Country Director
