Are you passionate about data? Do you enjoy collaborating with multiple teams and have superb planning and influencing skills? If so, this new opportunity might be for you! We are looking for a Campaign Planning and Selections Officer to join our dynamic and friendly team in the VSO Data & Insights Department. In this role, you will manage end-to-end data aspects of the VSO fundraising and engagement direct communication activities that reach thousands of our supporters. You'll plan and implement the data selections and play an influential role in the evaluation of results. You will use the evaluations to suggest ways to leverage data to improve the effectiveness of future communications. You will collaborate with various teams and explain complex data solutions to colleagues who aren’t data-savvy.

The communication specialist will work with VSO's Education Programme to assist communication strategy in child-centered teaching and the development of learning-based resources. S/he will be responsible for delivering effective, visual, on-brand, and strategy creative for social media graphics, as well as collaborating with the VSO education team to coordinate and lead a wide range of communication-related activities across digital and offline media at the same time supporting local volunteer groups and CSO(s).

The volunteer will work with partner organizations to provide comprehensive technical support for the successful implementation of the Education program within the ACTIVE project Bangladesh, focusing on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Government Primary School (GPS) support. The volunteer is responsible for ensuring technical assistance in mapping and implementing a contextualized ECCE curriculum, fostering child-friendly learning environments, and building the capacity of various community volunteers.
