VSO launches the pilot of its new online community
VSO has launched the pilot of its online community tool. Thanks to Accenture's support at the Cyber Café at our 50th Anniversary event, at the Royal Festival Hall, we were able to kick start our Greenhouse phase with attendees keen to sign up to the new community.
The community is for everyone - prospective volunteers, serving and returned volunteers, donors, campaigners, local partners, corporate partners, VSO supporters and anyone with an interest in working together to achieve positive and lasting change.
"We are very excited about our new online space. This is the place to meet old and new friends, share experiences from around the world, and support our active volunteers and supporters as they write about their current work.
We are in a 'greenhouse' (pilot) phase at the moment, so we are openly experimenting with how to use the site, what we want to do, and other activities. "

The community will be launched to the public early in the Summer, but we will keep this page updated reguarly so you can see what's going on. If you would like to join the pilot phase, please read this information sheet or contact Sara, who will be happy to help.
