Senior Management Team

The Senior Management Team (SMT) is the main leadership and decision-making group for VSO globally with responsibility for:

• strategy implementation
• policy
• group and departmental objectives and budgets
• setting terms and conditions for the employment of staff

The international Senior Management Team is ultimately answerable to the VSO International Board of Trustees. SMT advises the Board on strategy and policy and other matters for which the Trustees have responsibility and acts within the broad policies agreed by the Board of Trustees.
